Providing DB2 Support Info to SAP

See SAP note 83819 - DB6: Collecting support data

As <SID>adm or db2<SID>:

db2support <work_dir> -d <dbsid> -c -s -f

The end result is a db2support.zip file or around 12MB in the <work_dir>
